On this page we will only discuss the so called Active Soil Depressurization (ASD) systems. For Energy Recovery Ventilation Systems go to this other linked page by tapping here (ERV). In order to give you easy insight in the effectiveness of ASD radon mitigation systems we have categorized all systems in three main categories: Ideal systems (IS), complete systems (CS) and incomplete systems (IS). For each mitigation we will list the radon test result before and after each mitigation and combine them later in a graph to show what final radon result you may expect from a system belonging to each of these three categories.
Street names are shown in order to show that our past systems are located all over the region, but street numbers are not shown for privacy reasons.
In addition based on the physical characteristics of these systems we distinguish six different types of systems. These are combinations of: Exterior vs. Interior, and Basement (including slab-on-grade) vs. Crawl space systems, and ‘Combined‘, also named ‘Hybride‘ systems.
